Our Story

Senior led finance and accounting advisory

Synchronous began as a conversation we couldn't stop having. For years, a close group of us from different corners of finance kept meeting to talk about the firm we wished existed. We sketched it a hundred times, and a hundred times life got in the way. It stayed a dream called "someday."

Then 2020 arrived, and the world stopped. While others paused, we asked one question: If not now, when? We had stable jobs, respected titles, every reason to stay. We resigned anyway, in the middle of a global crisis, and built Synchronous: in step with each other, with our clients, and with the truth.
