Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Technical Head to lead our technology division. This is a senior leadership position requiring strategic vision, technical expertise, and proven experience in building and managing high-performing IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the company’s technical strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional IT teams (software, infrastructure, DevOps, etc.)
  • Evaluate and implement new systems, tools, and infrastructure for operational efficiency
  • Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance across all platforms
  • Collaborate with key departments to optimize workflows and enable digital transformation
  • Oversee end-to-end management of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Drive innovation by integrating AI, automation, and ERP solutions where applicable
  • Monitor KPIs, manage technical budgets, and report to senior leadership

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT leadership roles
  • Proven expertise in managing technology projects and leading IT teams
  • Strong understanding of software architecture, databases, and system integrations
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, infrastructure planning, and cybersecurity standards
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or equivalent)
  • Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in manufacturing or supply chain-related systems
  • Familiarity with Odoo, SAP, or Oracle Fusion ERP
  • Exposure to AI or automation technologies
