About the Role:

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience across core business modules. The ideal candidate understands business workflows, can translate requirements into functional solutions, and works closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality ERP implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration
• Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and manufacturing.
• Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications.
• Map client processes with Odoo workflows and recommend best-practice configurations.
• Support data migration activities, including templates, validations, and UAT cycles.
• Client Interaction & Support.
• Lead client training sessions and create user guides when required.
• Provide functional support during and after deployment.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with developers for bug resolution.
• Documentation & Collaboration
• Prepare BRDs, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth development of custom features.
• Participate in internal review meetings to ensure project timelines and quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
• Strong understanding of at least 4–5 Odoo modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Good command over business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, HR, or manufacturing).
• Experience with UAT, testing cycles, and live deployments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of Odoo Community vs Enterprise differences is a plus.
• Nice to Have.
• Experience working with developers on custom modules.
• Knowledge of Python or Postgres (basic functional-level understanding).
• Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
• Exposure to multi-company or international implementations.
