About the Role:
We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation experience across core business modules. The ideal candidate understands business workflows, can translate requirements into functional solutions, and works closely with technical teams to deliver high-quality ERP implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation & Configuration
- Configure and customize Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and manufacturing.
- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and prepare functional specifications.
- Map client processes with Odoo workflows and recommend best-practice configurations.
- Support data migration activities, including templates, validations, and UAT cycles.
- Client Interaction & Support.
- Lead client training sessions and create user guides when required.
- Provide functional support during and after deployment.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate with developers for bug resolution.
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Prepare BRDs, SOPs, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure smooth development of custom features.
- Participate in internal review meetings to ensure project timelines and quality.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of at least 4–5 Odoo modules.
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Good command over business processes (finance, procurement, inventory, HR, or manufacturing).
- Experience with UAT, testing cycles, and live deployments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Basic understanding of Odoo Community vs Enterprise differences is a plus.

- Experience working with developers on custom modules.
- Knowledge of Python or Postgres (basic functional-level understanding).
- Experience with Odoo.sh or cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Exposure to multi-company or international implementations.
